I wanted to send a follow up email about the service I had received from RVP Transportation Service. I am very late in writing this, but better late than never, ha ha! First off, Russell, you were so helpful, polite, professional, and friendly with such a great rapport and a truly genuine person to talk to. It’s very hard to find people like that these days. RVP Transportation is lucky to have you. I did get upgraded to the SUV and it was perfect. It was a great surprise! The limo was beautiful, clean, and everyone was impressed! Our driver was top notch! He was so nice, so accommodating so professional.
Wow…if I could give this company six stars…..I would. From start to finish this was an incredible ride. The person in the office was always helpful and friendly on the phone during the booking process. I made reservations months in advance for my best friend’s bachlorette party. Then on the day of the actual party, my limo arrived 25 minutes early and greeted us with a smile. Driver was incredible!! Nice guy and knew his way around and surrounding areas like the back of his hand.
